Hello There!

What’s New!

The Cross Before Me…A Place to Listen. Reflect. Grow.

Every sermon is an invitation—a chance to hear God's voice, deepen your understanding of His Word, and allow Him to shape your heart. Whether you're sitting in church, attending a Bible study, listening to a podcast, or watching a message from home, this journal is designed to help you capture the truths God places before you.

Inside these pages, you'll find dedicated space to record:

  • The date and message title

  • Who is preaching

  • Scripture passages to revisit

  • Key sermon points and meaningful notes

  • Personal prayers and reflections

  • Action steps for living out what you've learned

Don't worry about filling every page perfectly. Instead, come with an open heart, expecting God to speak. Some messages may encourage you, others may challenge you, and still others may become anchors you'll return to again and again.

As you faithfully record what you hear, you'll create a beautiful testimony of God's faithfulness and your own spiritual journey. Months and years from now, these pages will remind you of prayers He answered, lessons He taught, and the many ways He guided your steps.

May this journal become more than a notebook. May it become a record of God's work in your life—one sermon, one prayer, and one act of obedience at a time.

"Take up your cross daily and follow Me." — Luke 9:23

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Johnson, a North Carolina native now basking in the Arizona sun. My passions include Jesus, golf, toasted pimento cheese sandwiches, Golden Girls, and creating art in my studio. While trained as an artist, modern artists have inspired me to think beyond the norm and push my creative boundaries.

Vincent Van Gogh’s quote "Christ is more of an artist than the artist. He works in the living spirit and the living flesh. He makes men instead of statues"

resonates deeply with me, as I aim for my work to be inspired by God’s masterpiece within us.

I invite you to explore my shop, check out my “Spoonflower Shop” , download some freebies under my Digital Downloads, find out more about my Wallpaper or inquire about anything you’d like to know about me and what I’m up to.

Feel free to reach out via my contact page with any comments or questions.

Most of all … stay teachable!

Devotional Journals

Now available on Amazon and in my studio—my Devotional Journals collection. Each journal comes in three beautiful cover options, with thoughtfully designed pages inside to guide and inspire your time in Scripture and prayer. My hope is that these journals will encourage you to slow down and spend meaningful time in God’s Word each day. Each page provides ample space for you to write out your chosen verse to read or memorize, a section for reflection and thoughts, and then spend intentional time in prayer by writing out your prayers to Him.

Fabric Bowl Covers! Woohoo! Brighten your kitchen while making an eco-friendly choice with my custom-designed fabric bowl covers. Growing up, I remember my mom using bowl covers to keep our food fresh in the refrigerator, and I’ve often wondered why we moved away from something so simple and practical.

With so much concern today about plastics, it just makes sense to return to a reusable option. Why rely on plastic wrap when you can protect your food—and your family at the same time. To learn more about these fun goodies click the button below!

But wait—there’s more fun to be had!

Alongside my bowl covers, I’ve also created adorable covers for Casserole Dishes and Measuring Cups! These little helpers are dressed to impress and ready to tag along wherever your culinary adventures take you.

My measuring cup covers are especially handy for keeping sauces, dressings, and marinades protected until you're ready to serve. Practical, eco-friendly, and full of personality, they make everyday kitchen tasks a little more delightful.

And no kitchen is complete without coordinating dish towels in my Baking Time designs as well as other options. Why not whistle while you work in your kitchen? And what better time to whistle then when you are baking! These bright, hand-drawn kitchen tools dance across a soft, warm background on this lightweight microfiber tea towel. The repeated pattern of retro mixers, spatulas, and whisks along with stripes and plaids feels like a peek into a home cook’s favorite corner — flour on the counter, radio humming, the calm rhythm of stirring. It dries quickly and tucks neatly over an oven handle, ready to wipe a quick spill, cradle a warm pan, or add a pop of color to an everyday morning. Crafted for people who love to bake, share recipes, and celebrate small kitchen rituals, this towel brings a cheerful, lived-in warmth to busy countertops and cozy baking sessions. Go ahead, show them off too…they deserve a chance to shine as well!
